FAQs
WHAT ABOUT FUEL AND TIP?
Fuel: Charged at the end of the day based on distance traveled. We accept both credit cards and cash. Gratuity: A 20% tip is standard in the Virgin Islands and always appreciated. Venmo or cash is gladly accepted.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Our charters in the Virgin Islands book up quickly—especially during holidays, long weekends, and peak season (December through April). To secure your ideal vessel and dates, we recommend making a reservation as early as possible, ideally several weeks to a few months in advance. Last-minute bookings are welcome when available, but reserving ahead ensures you get the best selection and a smooth, stress-free start to your island adventure.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Booking: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due on the day of your charter unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made 7 days or more before your charter date receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter are non-refundable, as your vessel and crew are reserved exclusively for you.
If weather or mechanical issues prevent us from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.
